1. Secondary school graduatesior person who is above 15-years old and has equal or above academic ability)
2. Basic computer knowledge (Windows OS)
3. English ability as textbook is written in English
4. Singaporean or Foreigner who is holding EP, DP or Student Pass
5. Anyone who likes Japanese animation
